The Refurbishing Process

The HP Laser printers that we
refurbish are obtained through
liquidation sales, asset recovery
sales and leasing companies. We
refurbish the HP 1100, HP1200,
HP4000, HP4050TN, HP4100 and
HP 4200. When we receive these
machines, they are inspected to
determine if they are used for parts
or are refurbished.

All machines that are approved for
refurbishing are then stripped and
cleaned. We replace the fuser
assembly (if defective or over
50,000 copies), the transfer roller, t
the Paper Pickup Rollers, the
paper feed rollers, the bypass
roller and separate pad and if
necessary any covers that have
discoloring or a poor cosmetic
appearance.

We again test all functions and
clear out previous customer data
in the machine. The machines are
than packaged and ready to ship.
All machines come with a 90 day
parts and labor warranty.
